Managing Director/Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

As the demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding and seeking to hire a full time Managing Director/Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in our downtown Seattle office. The successful candidate will prepare real estate appraisals and will also work with senior management to grow market share. Following are the job requirements:

  • Development and/or maintain relationships with clients and assist with business development efforts
  • Prepare reports from start to finish
  • Adhere to USPAP
  • Maintain client, assignment and corporate confidentiality
  • Potential for supervisory duties
  • Potential for appraisal review duties
  • Potential for business management duties
  • Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university. 
  • MAI designation desirable
  • Minimum of 7 years commercial appraisal experience
  • Experienced with financial concepts, terms and principles
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite, ARGUS experience desirable
  • Excellent mathematical, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Friendly demeanor and the ability to work in a diverse group
